Plated + Served: It’s CHILI in here!

I really wanted to post this Chicken Chili recipe in time for you to make before the big game, but my life got in the way and, well, I was a little high strung today.

Make it this weekend or save it for the next big event. This is a great make-ahead and freeze recipe, especially if you see chicken on sale (thighs, breasts… whatever). The beauty of this recipe is that you can make it spicy hot… or not… and still serve up a flavorful bowl of deliciousness. The toppings make it fun, especially if you have a crowd to feed.

But remember: no beans! We’re from Texas!
