Plated + Served: Beat the Heat

Whoo baby, it’s getting hot out there. Time for more ice cream!

We whipped up some of Jeni’s Roasted Strawberry and Buttermilk Ice Cream to try and cool down. I had half-a-loaf of leftover banana bread, so I cut it up into little cubes and made croutons.

Who said croutons had to be savory?
