Plated + Served: Grilled Gorgonzola Cheese and Bacon Sandwich
This is a grilled cheese built for adults.
Lots of strong flavors, a bite of vinegar and dark earthy rye… a sandwich with smoldering sex appeal.
Okay, perhaps I’m being a tad dramatic, but this grilled cheese is full of delicious character.
April is National Grilled Cheese Month so step it up and out with a sandwich that fills your mouth with bold, unabashed flavors.
And remember, no children allowed.
